Shipping

When will my order(s) ship?

Orders are shipped Monday’s & Thursday’s before 4pm MST.  All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following ship date. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. 

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 2-3 extra days for order processing.

Limited Editions are available only for a limited time. Limited Edition orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days. 

Domestic Shipping

Free standard domestic shipping (within Canada; exceptions may apply) on all online orders over $150, after applied discounts and before taxes. The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for eligible orders. This offer does not apply to orders being shipped to Nunuvut, Yukon or the North West Territories.

International Shipping 

International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout via Canada Post.

The Save Our Children Initiative is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or any packages that are held in customs.

Exchange Policy

DUE TO COVID-19, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY EXCHANGES. THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF ALL OUR CUSTOMERS IS OUR TOP PRIORITY.

All sales are final, no refunds will be issued.

Exchanges are permittable if the item(s) is/are received in poor or damaged condition. This must be reported within 10 business days from delivery date.

Exchange must be accompanied with an authorized Exchange number provided by a customer support team member.
